Growth Marketing Coordinator
We're a travel startup on a mission to change the way people explore the world, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a curious, hands-on Junior Growth Marketer to join our team and help drive the initiatives that bring travellers to our platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is great for someone earlier in their career who’s hungry to sit in the heart of our growth team and gain valuable hands on experience. You'll get involved across the full marketing mix, from organic social and content to paid ads, SEO, CRO, and influencer partnerships. No two days will look the same, and you'll have real ownership over meaningful work from day one. Whether you're a fresh grad or have a year or two of experience under your belt, if you're hungry to learn and love the intersection of travel and digital marketing, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Managing and updating our organic social channels, maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice.
- Supporting the rollout of marketing campaigns end-to-end, from ideation through to execution.
- Assisting with the production of video and static creative assets for paid ad channels including Meta and Google.
- Helping manage the website and contributing to conversion rate optimisation (CRO) efforts
- Implementing SEO improvements to grow our organic search presence.
- Supporting the rollout of new product features and UX improvements in collaboration with the product team.
- Coordinating outreach to influencers and content creators to build our brand partnerships pipeline.
- Rolling up your sleeves to help the growth team with whatever campaigns and initiatives are on the roadmap.
ABOUT YOU
You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you do need to be genuinely curious, adaptable, and willing to back yourself. Here's what we're looking for:
- Familiarity with organic social media platforms and paid marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Some exposure to digital analytics tools like Google Analytics or Amplitude, and an understanding of key growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, and CVR.
- An eye for great design and content. You have a pulse on what's trending and a genuine appreciation for strong branding.
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal. You'll be writing copy as part of your regular responsibilities.
- Comfortable being thrown into new things and figuring them out. We'll support you, but we love people who take initiative.
- A solid understanding of what makes content stop the scroll and how consumers make decisions online.
- A genuine interest in travel and the startup world.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Video editing skills
- Experience with design tools like Figma or Canva
- Understanding of UX/UI and website best practices
- Hands-on experience with a CMS like Webflow or WordPress
